Hinch 10 Year Sherry Cask Finish Irish Whiskey

The 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a combination of a minimum 10 year old Single Grain and Single Malt whiskey from a select number of casks within our distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate.

Hinch 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is light brown with a subtle red hue and has aromas of fresh fruit with earthy garden-fresh notes. Subtle layers of stewed fruit with an unmistakable nutty aftertaste – sophisticated and complex.
